We developed integrated, resource-loaded programmes and logistics plans, turning a highly complex set of interdependent activities into a clear, actionable plan. To manage interfaces with adjacent transport infrastructure, FZ created coordinated master programmes and detailed time-slices, identifying potential clashes before they could impact progress.

Using scenario-based programme options and visual tools, we aligned stakeholders, clarified phasing and enabled confident decision-making across current and future phases. FZ’s intervention ensured that delivery remained coordinated, achievable and under control, turning a high-risk, complex regeneration into a manageable, structured programme.
