With experience across planning, logistics and ecommerce, she translates technical detail into clear, visual information teams can act on.
At FZ, she develops programmes, tracks site progress and turns data into insight using tools such as Asta Powerproject and Bluebeam Revu.
Her focus is always on clarity, ensuring programmes support confident, well-informed decisions.
Jana brings a strong technical foundation to programme planning, with a background in structural engineering and hands-on experience across steel structures, bridges and tunnels.
With a master’s degree in Structural Engineering, she has worked on complex projects in Dubai, navigating constrained access, challenging construction sequences and coordination between contractors.
Her experience spans site engineering, project management, critical path analysis and progress reporting, alongside preparing extension of time claims. This gives her an understanding of both planning the work and analysing the delays that affect delivery.
At FZ, she brings this practical perspective to programme development and delay analysis, grounded in an understanding of how structures are built and work is delivered on site.
Millie, a gentle silver Labrador with a slightly goofy, endearing nature, brings calm when things get busy.
