FZ was brought in by Severfield to take control of programme development for Co-op Live, following our successful work at Fulham FC.

The design stage was already showing signs of misalignment, with multiple workstreams at risk of falling out of sequence.

We worked directly with Severfield and the wider team to cut through assumptions, expose constraints and build a programme everyone could rely on. Together with Severfield’s in-house planners, we developed the steelwork installation programme and aligned design, procurement and construction activities into a fully integrated and achievable sequence.

By factoring in third-party inputs from the outset, we removed uncertainty and reduced the risk of disruption later in the project. FZ’s structured, hands-on approach created visibility, restored control and gave the team a programme they could act on with confidence.
