FZ joined the project mid-construction to take control of the steelwork installation programme; a critical sequence that was already showing signs of pressure.

Once on board, we carried out weekly site reviews and worked directly with the main contractor and steelwork team to understand the reality on the ground. We cut through conflicting information, identified the risks that were building beneath the surface and reset expectations where needed.

Our structured, hands-on approach brought immediate clarity. We aligned design changes, site constraints and sequencing logic into one realistic programme, making sure everyone understood what had to happen and when.

By maintaining visibility, challenging assumptions and keeping momentum, FZ enabled faster, more confident decision-making and prevented minor issues from turning into major delays.
