The steelwork installation programme was at risk of slipping and delays were mounting
From day one, we cut through the noise. Weekly reviews exposed the real issues driving delays, challenged assumptions and turned a programme under pressure into one that was realistic, coordinated and actionable. We worked directly with Severfield and the wider team to align sequencing with design updates and main contractor instructions, ensuring emerging issues were caught before they could escalate.
Over three years, FZ also prepared multiple Extension of Time submissions, protecting Severfield’s position and keeping the programme defendable.
FZ’s structured, hands-on approach went beyond programme monitoring. It brought the sequence back under control and gave the team clarity on what needed to happen next.
