FZ stepped into the Ray Dolby Centre during construction to bring control, structure and clarity to a programme that carried significant complexity and was under constant pressure from technical interfaces and specialist sequencing.

From the outset, we provided weekly programme monitoring and detailed completion sequencing, turning a fast-moving, highly technical build into a plan the team could trust. Through direct on-site engagement, we cut through conflicting information, exposed the real issues affecting progress and reset expectations where needed.

We aligned sequencing with construction realities, challenged assumptions that were putting delivery at risk and ensured that decisions were made with clear, accurate information. Our input helped maintain momentum and gave the project a level of visibility it previously lacked.
