FZ has been driving programme clarity on the White City Academic Building from the earliest design stages.

The project carried high ambition and complex technical requirements. The design was at risk of outpacing what could realistically be delivered.

We stepped in to test the sequencing, expose what wouldn’t work and build programme options that aligned the design vision with actual buildability. By working directly with the architectural team, we challenged assumptions, reset expectations where needed and shaped a delivery route the project could stand behind.

Our input has kept the programme grounded in reality and prevented avoidable gaps from emerging later in the process. FZ continues to provide the structure, visibility and honest direction needed to maintain momentum and protect delivery confidence.
